The following people were indicted recently by a Fredericksburg grand jury:

Michael Andrew Allen, District Heights, Md., two counts of credit card larceny, two counts of credit card fraud, five counts of credit card forgery, attempted credit card forgery and conspiracy.

Virginia Dell Antonelli, Fayetteville, N.C., possession of Oxycodone.

possession of ecstasy and posession of Roxicodone.

Anthony Steven Austin, Washington, two counts of credit card larceny, two counts of credit card fraud, four counts of credit card forgery, two counts of attempted credit card forgery and conspiracy.

Roy Lee Boyd Jr., Fredericksburg, attempted rape and aggravated sexual battery.

Kenneth Wayne Cartwright, Fredericksburg, possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.

Markus DeMarkus Champs, Fredericksburg, obtaining money by false pretenses.

Will Hunry Dabaldo, Fredericksburg, attempted rape, domestic assault and battery, violating a protective order, and preventing the summing of law enforcement.

Yasir Darraji, aggravated sexual battery, indecent liberties and attempted forcible sodomy.

Bryant Dewayne Davis, Fredericksburg, malicious wounding.

Robert Charles Dillon, Fredericksburg, possession of imitation illegal drugs with the intent to distribute.

Lisa Ann Etcher, Fredericksburg, felony larceny.

Karen Ethel Elizabeth Fincham, Louisa, failure to appear in court.

Justin Ray Gilbert, Woodford, child neglect.

Mercedes Ashley Haines, two counts of felony shoplifting.

Courtney Rashawn Harris, Richmond, obtaining money by false pretenses.

Jason Christopher Holmes, Stafford, driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked for DWI.

Jean Marie Hopkins, assault and battery on a police officer.

Darrion Jerome Hudson, Baltimore, possessing a forged bank note, forging a bank note, passing a forged bank note, obtaining goods by false pretenses and conspiracy.

Bryan Michael Jackson, Spotsylvania, failure to stop at an accident.

Michael Allen James, Spotsylvania, felony shoplifting.

Muhammad Younis Javed, Annandale, five counts of embezzlement.

Michael Andre Johnson, Laurel, Md., possessing a forged bank note, forging a bank note, passing a forged bank note, obtaining goods by false pretenses and conspiracy.

Patrick Leon Keys, rape.

Jose Orlando Lazo, Spotsylvania, embezzlement.

Charles Linwood Limberick, Fredericksburg, felony shoplifting.

Luke Matthew Ludwick, Spotsylvania, grand larceny with the intent to sell and failure to appear in court.

Misael Alexander Martinez, Fredericksburg, four counts of destruction of property.

Christy Marie Merkert, Stafford, child neglect.

Reece Merritt Jr., felony larceny.

Eric Rafael Perez, Dumfries, attempted burglary, five counts of conspiracy, destruction of property, burglary, two counts of grand larceny and two counts of grand larceny with the intent to sell.
