Tim and Kim Payne of Stafford, Va. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Clare to Lance Corp. Shawn Michael Eastman, son of Jerry and Becky Eastman of Woodbridge, Va.

Amanda is a graduate of Mt. View High School in Stafford County and is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College. Shawn graduated from Hylton High School in Prince William County and is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps.

The wedding will be in late May.
