Sheriff's Major Howard Smith says Coley allegedly smelled of marijuana and consented to a personal search. The deputy allegedly found $545 cash on Coley. A subsequent search of his newly purchased Cadillac allegedly turned up 28 baggies of crack and 4 bags of marijuana. Coley is charged with possession with intent to distribute crack, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and.... speeding. He's being held on "no" bond. Coley's new Cadillac?
