(Salina, Kansas-AP) -- Wal-Mart is facing a lawsuit from a Kansas woman who was questioned by police after having some film processed at a store.
The woman says she was approached by a police officer and taken to the store manager's office after dropping off a roll of family pictures.
The woman says the officers spent about 45 minutes questioning her about the pictures -- some of which showed her three-year-old daughter partially nude while she played in a swimming pool and on a living room floor.
She says there was nothing inappropriate about the pictures -- but police didn't allow her to take the photos when she was allowed to leave.
A Wal-Mart spokeswoman says company policy is to not print photos containing nudity. And she says the company errs on the side of safety when it suspects child abuse or pornography.
The woman is suing for more than $75,000 in actual damages .
