Josuel Galdino faces one to ten years behind bars Date published: 9/10/2004 FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - The Lorton man charged with running over a man and dragging him nearly nine miles is expected to learn his fate today. Sentencing for Josuel Galdino has been scheduled for today in Fairfax County court. Galdino pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in June. Police said back in February that Galdino hit a motorist who was checking his tire on Interstate 95 in Springfield then dragged him to his home. He faces one to ten years behind bars.
