Crow's Nest is much too precious to throw away
Save Crow's Nest. Let's all shout it from the rooftops ["Rise up, citizens, to save Crow's Nest," Sept. 10]. This 4,000-acre area is too precious a resource to lose--the ancient magnificent trees, the rare plants, the home of birds and animals. It is nature's bounty for all of us to enjoy, right here in our backyard. Please, everyone, write the Stafford Board of Supervisors and your state and federal representatives now, because time is running out. I understand timbering has begun. Margareta Williamson Stafford
