Honk if you hate invasive 'thump-thump' music

As I sit at traffic lights and as I drive around town and in my neighborhood, one thing that really bothers me (besides people flicking their cigarette butts out the window) is when people turn up their stereos so loud that the bass makes the rearview mirror inside my car shake!
I'm pretty sure most everyone would prefer not to hear this sort of annoyance.
Therefore, I propose that those of us who are sick and tired of hearing the bothersome "thump-thump" noise do this: We should all honk our own car horns when we hear the loud car stereos.
That way, we will annoy these people as much as they annoy us, and we'll all be brought down and made grumpier together.
I myself have installed an aftermarket "traffic blaster" horn in my economy car, so I can annoy these inconsiderate people as much as possible.
Let's do it, Fredericksburg.
