Local Senator retires
Date published: 4/27/2007 Senator Edd Houck from our local area is announcing his retirement from the education field. He has spent more than 30 years in education from counselor and teacher to his most recent role of Director of Student Services in Fredericksburg Schools. As for his plans now, there likely much more down time. Houck says he'll dedicate many of his extra hours to his Senate campaign. If elected this fall it will be Houck's seventh term serving residents in Spotsylvania, Culpeper, Orange, Louisa and Madison. Listen to Deirdre Blake's story Date published: 4/27/2007
