Intruder caught with his pants down
Woman, 80, returns home to find a stranger sitting on her toilet.

A startling sight greeted a Fredericksburg woman when she returned home from
picking up a newspaper early Thursday, police said.
A man she didn’t know was sitting on her toilet. He had apparently entered
her home in the 300 block of Germania Street by cutting a screen and
unlocking the door.
City police spokewoman Natatia Bledsoe said the incident occurred about 5:30
a.m. The resident, who is in her 80s, had left the home for a brief time to
get a paper.
On her way to get the paper, Bledsoe said, the woman saw the man hanging out
on the street. She had never seen him before that.
When she got home, she noticed that the bathroom door was closed. She opened
the door and the man was sitting there.
Bledsoe said the woman asked the man a couple of questions, including “how
long are you going to be?,” but didn’t understand the man’s response because
it was in Spanish.
She then told the man she was calling to police and he got up and left. The
woman noticed the cut screen after the man was gone.
Bledsoe said the bizarre incident is even more unnerving because it isn’t
clear if the man just wanted to use the bathroom or if he had a more
sinister plan in mind.
A police dog tried to track the suspect, but was unsuccessful.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s. He was wearing
a black sleeveless shirt, dark pants and had a tattoo on one of his upper
arms.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call city police at
372-1055.

I don't care if this guy was illegal or not, if he breaks into my house he'll be heading home in a box. If this guy needed a restroom there were other legal places he could have used. When you break in it's a threat and I would treat it that way.
Your comment was racist and wrong. It is people like you who divide America. You also need to work on your own English and spelling before you put someone else down. Also, you don't know if he was illegal or not. You want to put him down for using the bathroom (although wrong) why don't you worry more about the 62 year old woman who was killed for trying to break up a fight between to grown white men in their late 40's. What happened to her rights?

What a shame we cannot round these people up and send them back to wherever they came from, but we can't for the most part. Heck, a police oddicer can't even ask them if they are here in tis country illegally or not, because it would be violating their "rights". I didn't know an illegal alien had the same rights a US citizen.
