Stafford County is asking the Department of Defense for a 60 day extension to review the environmental study on the BRAC impact of growth at Quantico. Supervisor Paul Milde says the DOD is expecting the county to pick more than it's fair share in costs. Any increase in personnel at Quantico would require major road improvements and create even more traffic congestion.
