New home for local Red Cross chapter

The Rapphannock Area Chapter of the American Red Cross moves into new headquarters. The new site is off of Route 1 on Southpoint Parkway in Massaponax. Executive Director Luis Garcia says all of the operations are under one roof. Twenty full-time staff and over 250 volunteers will operate out of the new facility.
