Kim Kincheloe would be a welcome change

It's time for our representatives to really pay attention to what voters have to say.

A vote for Kim Kincheloe as delegate from the 54th District will ensure that your voice will be heard. Voters' opinions on the issues that matter will not simply be ignored but will actually be considered and acted upon. This would be a welcome change!
