On Nov. 6, District 54 voters can choose Kimbra Kincheloe, or we can opt for more of the same. I'm voting for change.
I've known Kim for more than a decade. It would be difficult to find a more imaginative, dedicated person to represent us in Richmond. Her background and her pledge to eliminate the practice of "secret" subcommittee meetings in Richmond add up to a breath of fresh air. This change is long overdue.
