Date published: 10/31/2007 Kincheloe represents much-needed change On Nov. 6, District 54 voters can choose Kimbra Kincheloe, or we can opt for more of the same. I'm voting for change. I've known Kim for more than a decade. It would be difficult to find a more imaginative, dedicated person to represent us in Richmond. Her background and her pledge to eliminate the practice of "secret" subcommittee meetings in Richmond add up to a breath of fresh air. This change is long overdue. David Ivey Spotsylvania
