Spotsylvania Crime Solvers is seeking information on the following crimes:
A home in the 6000 block of Grand Brooks Road, was burglarized during the day on Nov. 8. The suspect(s) used all the home heating oil and stole two televisions and some jewelry. Several farm animals on the property were set loose and were also reported missing (07-144557).
A garage door, attached to a home on East Point Circle in the Taverneer subdivision, was entered by thieves during the night of Nov. 9. The suspects stole fishing rods and reels that were attached to the wall (07-145129).
A rear door of a home on Brentwood Drive, in Salem Run, was entered by thieves between 1 and 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 10. They stole an Esteban-brand black guitar and an unknown brand laptop computer from inside the home (07-145169).
A home on Chester Court in the Summers Landing subdivision, was burglarized during the daytime on Nov. 9. The suspect(s) went through several rooms. Stolen were jewelry, a Sony camcorder, several cameras and a Smith and Wesson .357-caliber pistol (07-144795).
On Nov. 12, at 3:15 p.m., someone was observed on surveillance tape breaking into a Cadillac Escalade which had been parked in the Target parking lot, off U.S. 1. The victim, who had been inside the store at the time of the break in, reported his Hewlett Packard laptop computer had been stolen after the suspects punched out the car door lock. The suspect vehicle was described as a light blue or silver Honda Civic two-door hatchback with dark-tinted windows.
There had been a similar occurrence in the Uno's Pizza parking lot, off Southpointe Parkway on Nov. 3. The suspects had punched out the lock of the victim's car and stole a radio, DVD player, four Steelers hats and a digital camera.
Also another occurrence at the Kohl's parking lot, off U.S. 1, on Oct. 8 at 4:30 p.m. The suspect also punched out the car door lock and stole a flat screen TV, two purses and Olympus camera and sunglasses (07-146103, 07-145544, 07-130677).
A Pepsi machine at the VA Paving Company on Tidewater Trail, was broken into on Nov. 12. Damage was estimated at $3,000. The suspect(s) stole cash and coins from inside the machine (07-146328).
A vehicle parked in the Plantation Forest subdivision was entered by someone during the night of Nov. 12. The victim reported several DVD movies, portable CD players and a PlayStation2 game were stolen (07-146585).
WANTED
Rollin Ray Richards, 50, whose last known address was in Spotsylvania County, is wanted for failing to appear in court on charges that he violated a protective order. He is described as a white man, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 157 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
Owes child support
Samuel David Ingram, 63, whose last known addresses were in Raleigh, N.C., Corham, N.Y., and Suffolk County, N.Y., is wanted on family desertion charges and owes $159,127 in back child support. He is described as a black man, 6 feet tall, weighing 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
