Vincent A. DiRosrio Jr., 56, of Colonial Beach passed away Saturday, Nov. 17, 2007.
Mr. DiRosario is survived by his wife, Debra; his daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Joe Muse; a son, Bryant A. DiRosario; his mother, Pearl DiRosario; a brother, Wayne DiRosario; a sister, Penny DiRosario; and two grandchildren, Summer and Grace Muse.
He also leaves a brother-in-law, Steven Robert Hamby of Colonial Beach; and two stepsons, Jason Andrew Rader and Joey Andrew Rader, both of Stafford County; a sister-in-law, Donna Marie Hamby; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Fred and Patsy Hamby of Frederick, Md.
Other survivors include three uncles, Robert H. DiNicola Sr. of The Villages in Florida, and Gilbert Russell DiNicola and Joseph Vanni, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; and two aunts, Gloria M. Burke of The Villages and Annie Marchinella of Chicago, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent A. DiRosario Sr.
He was a self-employed waterman and painter and had lived in Colonial Beach since childhood. He was an avid sportsman, who loved fishing and hunting.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, with Father John Ziegler officiating. Burial will follow in Historyland Memorial Park in King George.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, at Nash & Slaw Funeral Home, Colonial Beach.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Colonial Beach Rescue Squad, 225 Dennison St., Colonial Beach, Va. 22443.
