Spotsylvania Crime Solvers is seeking information on the following crimes:
The Sheriff's Office is attempting to identify a man involved in the theft and fraudulent use of a credit card Sept. 14. A stolen credit card was used at Target to make a purchase of electronics. The suspect, described as a black man with a blue-and-white cap, blue shirt and black pants, drove off in a 2001 blue Oldsmobile minivan with Maryland tags (07-152996).
The Partlow Market was burglarized between 10:20 and 11:40 p.m. on Nov. 24. Surveillance tape shows a white man entering the business after smashing the door. Bottles of alcohol were reported stolen (07-151583).
A home located on Wakeman Drive was burglarized between 5 and 10 p.m. Nov. 24. The victim found a broken window. Missing were a Dell laptop computer, a Dell desktop computer and a white jewelry box (07-151469).
A section of fiber-optic cable was stolen from a telephone pole outside the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association on Lafayette Boulevard during the night of Nov. 25. Surveillance video shows a light-colored Ford Explorer (or similar car) pulling into the parking lot. A man is seen getting out of the passenger-side door and then seen again on camera closing the trunk of the car, then the car drives off (07-152035).
Between Nov. 22 and Nov. 24, at least three vehicles parked in Maple Grove subdivision were entered by thieves. Stolen were a stereo faceplate, Pioneer CD player, iPod, cologne bottles, a Sirius satellite radio and a Magellan GPS unit (07-150798, 07-151081, 07-151272).
In the early morning hours of Nov. 25, at least two vehicles were broken into in the Salem Fields subdivision and an iPod power cord and CD player were reported stolen. Also in Salem Fields, between Nov. 6 and Nov. 15, several cars were rifled through, and a Honda Accord was stolen. The Accord was recovered six days later in Fairfax County (07-151602, 07-151669, 07-147349, 07-148325, 07-143812).
Two wheelchairs have been reported stolen.
The first was from a burglary reported on Nov. 10 in the 6000 block of Smith Station Road. A black wheelchair was reported stolen from the home.
