"There's nothing to do in Fredericksburg" is a phrase
Kids these days have it easy.
Over the past year, subtle improvements have worked their way into the community, and the local youths have slowly begun to find their voice.
Local establishments such as The Wounded Bookshop and Third Floor have been gracious hosts to Fredericksburg All Ages and its shows--shows that provide a safe and entertaining outlet for well, all ages.
This fragile microcosm is in a stage of growth and has the potential to be cultivated or crippled by our city's leadership.
From Dec. 7 through Jan. 30, local artist Ian Soper will exhibit FAA ONE, a photography show at The Wounded Bookshop documenting the first year of Fredericksburg All Ages concerts.
This will be a unique opportunity to see powerful photographs that capture a period of local cultural enrichment and advocate the need for continued support from the community.
