Earl R. Catlett

Earl Randolph "Ranny" Catlett, 64, of Caroline County died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Mary Washington Hospital.

Mr. Catlett was a native of Fredericksburg and had retired as a master sergeant from the U.S. Air Force. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He later retired from Rappahannock Regional Jail. He was a member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife, Stefane C. Catlett; two sons, Christopher Catlett and his wife, Anjela, of Sainte Genevieve, Mo., and Thomas McKeever and his wife, Anita, of Round Rock, Texas; his daughter, Andrea Mckeever of Caroline; five grandchildren, Jordan, Kaila, Kenna, Mike and Chris; a sister, Barbara Wilkerson of Hartwood; and a niece, Teresa Cooke of Fredericksburg.

A funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 25, at the funeral home.
