STAFFORD GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS

Stafford County grand jury indictments

The following people were indicted recently by a Stafford County grand jury:

John M. Adcox, 28, Manassas, three counts of grand larceny, three counts of larceny with the intent to sell and three counts of felony larceny.

Adam M. Anastasio, 27, Burke, two counts of possession of illegal drugs.

Michael T. Axtman, 26, Stafford, failure to appear in court, attempted malicious wounding, grand larceny, destruction of property and two counts of assault and battery.

Joseph B. Berkebile, 18, Stafford, burglary, two counts of grand larceny, two counts of larceny with the intent to sell, three counts of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretenses, destruction of property and trespassing.

Michael C. Blackwood, 31, Woodbridge, construction fraud and contracting without a license.

Jacqueline M. Bland, 49, Stafford, possession of illegal drugs.

Marcus L. Bland, 23, Stafford, two counts of possession of illegal drugs and possession of marijuana.

Robert J. Bohannon III, 22, Chantilly, two counts of grand larceny.

Melvin C. Bradford, 32, Tappahannock, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute.

Derrick A. Breau, 22, Stafford, assault by mob and assault and battery.

Keith Wayne Bullock, aka Keith McClees, 49, Stafford, two counts of failure to appear in court.

Michael J. Caporaletti Jr., 20, Bealeton, burglary, larceny with the intent to sell, conspiracy, possession of burglary tools and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Jose Florentin Castro, 19, attempted grand larceny, two counts of possession of burglary tools, three counts of conspiracy, three counts of participation in criminal gang activity, two counts of grand larceny, seven counts of tampering, six counts of destruction of property and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Zachary Richard Champoux, 19, Stafford, two counts of hit and run and reckless driving.

Eric S. Ciarpello, 19, Stafford, credit card theft, six counts of forgery, credit card fraud and criminally receive goods and services.

Katina L. Conley, 35, Stafford, felony larceny and possession of illegal drugs.

Dallas D. Cox, 22, Stafford, two counts of shoplifting, two counts of larceny with the intent to sell, two counts of grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy.

Kevin Lyn Donohue, 41, two counts of felony larceny, two counts of petty larceny and four counts of embezzlement.

Tracey L. Ellis, 41, Stafford, possession of illegal drugs, driving while intoxicated and driving on a suspended license.

Interesting to note, not a lot of hispanic surnames in this article.
