JoAnne C. Falcone

JoAnne Cynthia Falcone, 45, of Lake of the Woods, Locust Grove, died Monday, June 23, 2008, in Culpeper.

Mrs. Falcone was born Nov. 6, 1962, in Trinidad, West Indies U.S.A.

She left Trinidad in 1974 at the age of 12 and moved to the United States. She graduated from Fort Meade High-School and then attended and graduated from Norwich University, Norwich, Conn. She then went on to attend the University of Maryland, where she earned a degree in law. Mrs. Falcone also was a former officer in the U.S. Army. She was the current owner of All Doll'Ed Up, a retail store located in Locust Grove.

Mrs. Falcone is survived by her husband, Anthony Falcone; two sons, Johnathan Krasnansky of Germantown, Md., and Vincent Falcone of Orange County; and two daughters, Jennifer Malloy of Manassas and Joelle Krasnansky-Falcone of Baltimore, Md. Survivors also include two brothers, Lester Haddaway of Fredericksburg and Nestor Haddaway of Austria; her mother, Phillipa Haddaway of Trinidad; and two grandchildren, Amber Krasnansky and Terrell Malloy.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28, at 11 a.m. at The Lake of the Woods Church, Locust Grove. A reception will be held following the service at the church.
