Pauline W. Newman

Pauline W. Newman, 78, of Colonial Beach died Thursday, July 3, 2008, at Heritage Hall Health Care in King George County.

Survivors include one son, Alonzo Watts Jr. and his wife, Hattie, of Bowie, Md.; four grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Gracie Beverly of Washington, D.C.; and one brother, Edward Beverly of Montross.

A funeral will be held at noon on Thursday, July 10, at Good Hope Baptist Church in King George, with the Rev. Robert Williams Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The body may be viewed Wednesday, July 9, from noon to 8 p.m. at Cedell Brooks Funeral Home, Port Royal, and one hour prior to the service time Thursday at the church.
