Fredericksburg grand jury indictments

The following people were indicted recently by a Fredericksburg grand jury:

Nathaniel Agnew, 34, Fredericksburg, distributing cocaine.

Jeremy B. Albrecht, 33, Fredericksburg, two counts of failure to appear in court.

Julie Melissa Banes, Philadelphia, credit card fraud, obtaining goods by false pretenses and conspiracy.

Michael C. Blackwood, 31, Woodbridge, attempted prescription fraud.

Gary Lee Blevins Jr., Stafford, driving after having been declared a habitual offender.

Betty Ann Brandstetter, Stafford, felony shoplifting.

Constance, R. Cartwright, 48, Mineral, shoplifting.

Ryan Patrick Casey, 30, Fredericksburg, robbery, burglary, using a firearm in the commission of a felony and grand larceny.

Traveyan Lee Chambliss, 23, distributing cocaine, possession of a firearm while in possession of drugs and distributing marijuana.

John A. Chapman, 51, Ruther Glen, failure to appear in court.

Lennohn D. Charles, 27, Newport News, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, petty larceny and eluding police.

Christopher Lee Childs, Fredericksburg, malicious wounding.

Trey Vendell Christopher, 22, Fredericksburg, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice.

Alfonzo William Clark Sr., Fredericksburg, carrying a concealed weapon.

Louis Philip Cox, 53, driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test, failure to appear in court and driving on a suspended license.

Maurice Lamont Crawford, Fredericksburg, grand larceny.

Tito Daiz-Martenes, 26, Spotsylvania, driving suspended after previous DWI convictions.

Michael Brian Davis, Triangle, abuse and neglect.

Shannon Tawney Deal, Spotsylvania, credit card theft.

Tamara Rena Dixon, 34, Spotsylvania, seven counts of prescription fraud.

Richard John Doucet, 36, Montreal, Canada, 115 counts of possessing child pornography and 115 counts of reproducing child pornography.

Rodney Douglas, felony shoplifting.

Marcus Len Garner, Fredericksburg, forgery.

Mya Marie Gifford, 28, credit card theft, credit card fraud, identity fraud and false pretenses.

James Phelps Gilbert, 48, five counts of burglary, five counts of grand larceny and three counts of destruction of property.

Henry Vurdell Jenkins Jr., Baltimore, passing a forged check and obtaining money by false pretenses.

Gary Dean Lawhorn, 33, two counts of burglary, two counts of conspiracy, grand larceny, petty larceny, two counts of destruction of property, two counts of tampering with a vending machine and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Justin D. Long, 24, Spotsylvania, failure to appear in court.

Gary Lee Mansfield, Fredericksburg, possession of cocaine.

Jared Meyers, 21, Fredericksburg, possession of heroin.

Quinton Lamar Morton, Spotsylvania, passing a forged check.

Michele Inette Newman, Colonial Beach, felony shoplifting.

Donna Leslie Parker, Spotsylvania, petty larceny.

Norris James Payne, Stafford, failing to register as a sex offender.

Amilcar A. Ramirez Galeas, Spotsylvania, possession of cocaine.

Paul Lowell Ridenour, Spotsylvania, possession of illegal drugs.

Rasmiah K. Schultz, 20, Fredericksburg, disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol.

Stephanie Lynn Sparrow, Fredericksburg, possession of illegal drugs.

Amanda Lynn Thomas, 26, Stafford, failing to appear in court.

Benji Sioux Vargas, Fredericksburg, attempted malicious wounding.

Richard Lee Washington Jr., Milford, felony shoplifting.

Terrance L. Wright, 28, Stafford, distributing imitation illegal drugs and distributing cocaine..

Phillip C. Zalewski, 19, burglary, conspiracy, petty larceny, vending machine tampering, destruction of property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
