Patricia A. Holmes, 52, of Champlain died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, at Riverside Tappahannock Hospital.

Survivors include one son, John Murray of Champlain; one granddaughter; her mother, Rita Nelson Holmes; two brothers; and four sisters.

A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Antioch Baptist Church, Champlain.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Antioch Baptist Church Building Fund, 454 Lloyd Road, Champlain, Va. 22438.
