Date published: 11/2/2008 Our gun-control laws need changing We need to restrict the sale of guns in Spotsylvania County. Kids are getting guns and using them to injure or kill themselves and others. Many innocent people die because of guns. We have to put a stop to this. The only people who should have guns are police officers. We should limit the purchase of guns to one person per family and keep a record on them. Also, handguns and military rifles should be taken off the market completely. uneducated people kill people. and to gnhntn, i am an animal rights advocate, but i support hunting as a means to an end of factory farming. your PETA statement is ignorant and overdone.

Patrick4hp, glad to see you found a way to insert your "gayness" into a gun control post.......WOW. by the way I am a member of PETA as well: "MEAT IS MURDER!............tastey.........tastey...murder." If Obama wins, I'm maxing out my credit cards on gold and ammunition. I figure in about 6 months (According to Joe Biden), we're gonna need to have both to survive. Good luck waving that rainbow flag, Pat......let me know how that works out.

You actually got it right! Even through your sarcasm you it got it right. Our rights are under attack and you'd be a bigger fool not to see it. The gun control laws, the Patriot Act, McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Act, the list goes on...
