SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY

Spotswood Baptist Church, 4009 Lafayette Blvd., will sponsor the third annual "On a Mission" Car Show today, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Proceeds benefit the High School Student Ministry and its trip to Minneapolis this summer. Admission is $3; car entries are $20. 540/898-0757, ext. 25. Also, tomorrow is the deadline to register for the church's 13th Annual Golf Tournament on May 11 at Lee's Hill Golf Club to benefit the high school ministry. Christ Episcopal Church, 8951 Courthouse Road, will sponsor a spring sale today, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., with crafts, plants, bake sale and clothes.

Beulah Baptist Church, 5216 Arcadia Road, will hold a Small Business "Success" Symposium today at 8:30 a.m. The Annual Ushers and Health Ministry Day will be held tomorrow at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Irving Woolfolk and the Ebenezer Baptist Church family of Supply.

The Willing Workers of First New Hope Baptist Church, 5408 Dickerson Road in Partlow, will sponsor Family and Friends Day today at 3:30 p.m., with music by the men's chorus from Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Royal.

Bethlehem Baptist Church, 4700 Massaponax Church Road, will observe Annual Missionary Day tomorrow at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Campbell and congregation from Delaware Baptist Church in Washington as guests. Dinner will be served after the morning service.

Sylvannah Baptist Church, 8400 Courthouse Road, will celebrate Youth and Young Adult Choir Annual Day tomorrow at 3 p.m, with music by area youth groups and Dwayne Robinson as worship leader.

Spotsylvania Presbyterian Church will host a financial seminar, "Discovering God's Way of Handling Finances" May 2, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. The program is a Crown Financial Ministries seminar. Workbook cost is $10. Child care and lunch are provided. Call 540/898-HOPE for details.
