NOT A BIG ISSUE TO ME

after trying to get a divorce from my ex for 2 yrs, they could've published it in time magazine & i wouldn't have cared. besides, this is public information anyway (sames as marriage notices and obits). this really isn't that big an issue. when you get married today the odds are against you anyway. if you put every effort into making it work and it still doesn't work, there should be no shame in walking away. i have a friend who stayed - he's miserable & so is she, but they don't have the stigma of divorce
Affairs, in headlines, eg. City Manager

The City Manager Phil Rodenberg, and his Commercial Development Chief recently made headline news for several days. So why not divorces. They could publish a list of all affairs in the area, along with names, etc.
Ain't

that they publish this stuff. I also like to read about dead-beat dads, indictments, police reports and foreclosures. It definately makes me feel better when I see how awful other people are doing:)
This is awful

My relationship is not going to well either. I feel as if this is a violation privacy to just randomly list negative information on people who didn't request it.
If it is required by a court to be listed in a publication is one thing but actually digging this information up is rude and disrespectful. I don't want any information about me published unless it's required by a court or has my permission. Until then it violates public trust.
