Spotsylvania Crime Solvers is seeking information on the following crimes:

Overnight on June 14, someone broke into the Cellular Connection store at Spotsylvania Crossing on Plank Road, stealing cash. Items from inside the business were located behind Kmart. 09-85858

Between 1:30-2:20 a.m. on May 23, two people broke into the Loriella Pool concession building and stole food. Surveillance video showed two males entered through a hole in the fence (see photos). 09-73604

Between noon-7:30 p.m. June 16, someone burglarized a residence in the Willow Oaks subdivision and stole a Sony PlayStation II and several other items. 09-86631

Overnight on June 14, someone stole a white 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier from Creekwood subdivision. The stolen vehicle was abandoned at the Holleybrooke subdivision pool at 6:40 a.m. 09-85823

Between June 1-13, someone entered a boat-house in Magnolia Harbor and stole a white 1995 Sea Doo Jet Ski, valued at $1,500. 09-84995

Between June 4-15, someone stole numerous engine parts from boats at the Lake Anna Marina on Boggs Road. 09-85975

Early on June 15, someone entered two vehicles parked at residences on Dovey Road. The first vehicle's window was pried open and a Panasonic stereo, two dual subwoofers and an APC chrome intake exhaust were stolen. A Nexstar GPS unit and Hewlett-Packard laptop computer in a black bag were stolen from the second vehicle. 09-85924, 09-86124

Someone entered several unlocked vehicles in the Deerfield subdivision overnight on June 14, stealing stole cell phones, satellite radios, a GPS unit and a PDA. Several of the stolen items were recovered abandoned at the Holleybrooke subdivision pool area the next morning. 09-86368, 09-86011, 09-85880

Overnight on June 14, at least two victims living in the Three Cedars subdivision reported an unknown suspect entered their unlocked vehicles and stole a stereo faceplate, an MP3 player and a Garmin GPS unit. 09-86271, 09-86452

Between 7-7:30 p.m. June 17, someone broke windows on two vehicles parked at Faith Baptist Church and stole a purse and another bag. 09-87046

Between 6-6:40 p.m. June 17, someone broke a window on a vehicle parked at Chancellor Village Retirement Center, stealing a purse. 09-87030

Overnight on June 12, someone entered the fenced-in area of the Holleybrooke subdivision pool and broke the glass on a vending machine, stealing food. 09-85016

On or about May 23, two cats were found dead in the area of Normandy Court/Lafayette Boulevard. The cause of death is unknown, but animal cruelty is suspected. 09-73615

Why do you leave such valuables in something as unprotected as a car? GPS? Laptop? Purse? You can prevent a lot of this crime by simply taking electronics inside the house.
