STAFFORD COUNTY U.S. 1 Sunday-Wednesday, 8 p.m.-5 a.m.; crews will be milling and paving at various location on U.S. 1 southbound between Quantico and State Route 630. Motorists will be restricted to one lane in the work zone. U.S. 17 at Interstate 95 Monday-Wednesday, 8 p.m.-4:30 a.m.; motorists will be restricted to one lane on U.S. 17 northbound and southbound at the I-95 interchange. Crews are repairing the structural beams on the I-95 bridge over U.S. 17. Expect brief delays.SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY Interstate 95 Monday, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.; motorists should be alert to crews working along the shoulder on I-95 northbound and southbound at mile marker 123, located just south of Exit 126 (U.S. 1/Spotsylvania). This work is in connection with the new State Route 608 bridge over I-95. All travel lanes will be open. Monday-Wednesday, 9 p.m.-4:30 a.m.; motorists will be restricted to one lane on I-95 northbound at mile marker 123, located just south of Exit 126 (U.S. 1/Spotsylvania). This is in connection with the ongoing construction on the new State Route 608 Bridge over I-95. Monday-Wednesday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.; crews will be installing weather stations on the I-95 bridge over the Rappahannock River just north of the Welcome Center. One lane will be closed on southbound I-95 in the work zone. State Route 3 Sunday-Monday, 8 p.m.-5 a.m.; crews will continue milling and paving on the westbound side of Route 3 from just west of I-95 to Bragg Road. Motorists should be alert to rough, uneven pavement and/or unmarked pavement in the area. Motorists traveling on Route 3 and exiting Central Park via Carl D. Silver Boulevard should be prepared to be periodically detoured around the work zone. Signs, flaggers and/or local law enforcement will direct motorists though and around the work zone. U.S. 17 Tuesday-Thursday, 8 p.m.-5 a.m.; crews will be milling and paving on U.S. 17 between State Routes 2 and 608. Motorists will be restricted to one lane in the work zone. Spotsylvania Towne Centre Motorists are reminded to be alert to the change in traffic patterns on State Route 3 eastbound between Bragg Road and the entrance to Spotsylvania Towne Centre. The continuous right turn lane on Route 3 eastbound between Bragg Road and the Towne Centre entrance will be closed to through traffic. The right merge lane exiting the Towne Centre to Route 3 eastbound also will be closed. Towne Centre patrons should use the entrance located on Bragg Road Extended. Access to businesses located on Route 3 eastbound between Bragg Road and the Towne Centre will be maintained at all times. State Route 639 (Bragg Road/ Fall Hill Avenue) Motorists should be alert for construction crews and equipment along the shoulder of Bragg Road/Fall Hill Avenue. This is in connection with the project to expand Bragg Road/Fall Hill Avenue from two to four lanes between State Route 3 and the entrance to Central Park. Estimated completion date for this project is summer 2011. State Route 608 bridge over I-95 Construction continues on the bridge. Motorists should be alert to construction crews, equipment and traffic-pattern changes. KING GEORGE COUNTY State Route 206 Sunday-Tuesday, 8 p.m.-5 a.m.; crews will be paving a four-mile section of Route 206 at State Route 3. Motorists will be restricted to one lane. State Route 3 Monday-Tuesday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; crews will be mowing on Route 3 between U.S. 301 and the Westmoreland County line. This is a mobile operation and motorists should be alert to slow-moving equipment. State Route 218 Wednesday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; crews will be mowing on Route 218 between State Route 205 and the Stafford County line.
