Accident is fatal
A 23-month-old child was killed at his Spotsylvania County home Sunday in what authorities said was an accident.
The youth, Nicholas B. Primo, died when he was struck by a car outside the home, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office said.
The Sheriff's Office said no charges will be placed in the accident.
