AREA GAS PRICES

The following prices are among the lowest at Interstate 95 exits in the Fredericksburg area, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic's Fuel Price Finder:

Exit 143 Garrisonville/Aquia: $2.45, Fas Mart, 2983 Jefferson Davis Highway; Wawa, 105 Garrisonville Road

Exit 140 Courthouse Road: $2.44, 7-Eleven, 2143 Jefferson Davis Highway

Exit 133 U.S. 17: $2.39, Mapco Express, 626 Warrenton Road

Exit 130 State Route 3: $2.45, Fas Mart, 3530 Plank Road; Wawa, 1140 Carl D. Silver Parkway; Wawa, 2390 Plank Road

Exit 126 Spotsylvania: $2.49, Sunoco, 5416 Jefferson Davis Highway; Wawa, 10060 Jefferson Davis Highway

Exit 118 Thornburg: $2.47, Fas Mart, 5116 Mudd Tavern Road

Exit 110 Ladysmith: $2.59, Citgo, 8422 Ladysmith Road; Shell, 8417 Ladysmith Road

The best prices are on White Oak/ Butler Rd in South Stafford. It seems that due to Giant selling gas there is a price war. Giant on Town and Country, Valero, 7-11 and Wawa are all in the $2.24 price rage

You missed the best deal...Giant on 17 has gas for 2.26 and Wawa across the street has it for 2.30!
