Spotsylvania Crime Solvers is seeking information on the following crimes:

At 3:51 a.m. on June 29, two men burglarized the Sunoco gas station in the 5000 block of Jefferson Davis Highway. The men stole numerous cartons of cigarettes and left the area. They were described as two white males, wearing shorts and facial coverings (see photos). 09-92490

At 11:30 p.m. June 28, a witness spotted two men attempting to break into the 601 Variety Store on Lawyers Road by trying to kick in the front door. They were seen getting into a four-door car and driving away. 09-92445

Between 11:37 and 11:42 p.m. June 28, two men broke into the Hi Point Marina on Courthouse Road. Surveillance showed the men breaking the glass door; one man entered the building but was scared off when the alarm sounded (see photo). 09-92448

Between 12:30 and 1 p.m. June 30, a black man broke into an occupied residence on Belmont Road twice. The victim heard noises at his rear door and spotted a man in his 20s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and wearing dark clothing, enter his home. The man was scared away and drove off in a green Ford Explorer. Twenty minutes later, he returned and broke through a second door, but was scared off again. 09-93349

Between 7:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. June 25, someone burglarized a residence on Massey Road, stealing three Smith & Wesson guns, two Apple iPods and a Gateway laptop computer. 09-90983

During the period June 20-27, someone broke into a residence in the Watford Village subdivision and stole an Xbox 360 game system and numerous games. 09-91930

Between 1:45 and 4:40 p.m. June 26, someone burglarized a home on Edinburgh Drive in the Edinburgh subdivision, stealing an Xbox 360 game system. 09-91393

Between May 17 and June 27, someone entered an unoccupied camper in the Wilderness Presidential Resorts and vandalized items inside. 09-91717

Can we get a real crime blotter for Spotsyltucky? This one is pretty pathetic and doesn't cover what is really going on in our community.
