Air Force Airman 1st Class Emma C. Nielsen graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. She is the daughter of Jay and Anita Nielsen of Stafford.

Air Force Airman 1st Class Yair J. Rothman graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. He is the son of Robert and Hilda Rothman of Stafford and is a 2001 graduate of Stafford High School.

Air Force Airman Robert L. Dickerson graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. He is the son of Robert and Angela Dickerson of Stafford and is a 2008 graduate of Colonial Forge High School.

Air Force Airman Brandon T. Thomas graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. He is the son of Zelda Thomas of King George and is a 2006 graduate of Brooke Point High School.

Army 2nd Lt. Sean M. Peterson has been commissioned after completing the Army ROTC program and graduating with a bachelor's degree from Virginia Military Institute. He is the son of John J. and Margaret M. Peterson of Stafford and is a 2005 graduate of Brooke Point High School.

Air Force Airman Patrick J. Smith graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. He is the son of Victoria Smith of Stafford.

Air Force Airman Brian M. Bridges graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. He is the son of John Bridges of Stafford and is a 2004 graduate of Brooke Point High School.

Cadet Adam P. Smith has graduated from the Army ROTC leader's training course at Fort Knox, Ky. He is the son of Mike S. and Beth A. Smith of Fredericksburg, and is a student at George Mason University and a 2002 graduate of North Stafford High School.
