Spotsylvania Crime Solvers is seeking information on the following crimes:
Overnight on Aug. 26 someone pried open two game machine cash boxes in the Eagles Lodge on Jake McWhirt Lane. 09-122236
Overnight on Aug. 30 someone broke into the Olde Greenwich pool and office building, stealing cash and attempting to break into a soda machine. This is the second break-in this month. Overnight on Aug. 11 someone broke into the office and stolen cash. 09-124436, 09-114676
A resident in the Oak Grove subdivision awoke at 4 a.m. and heard noises in the basement. The resident found a hole in the glass of a rear door, which appeared to have been burned. 09-122756
Early on Aug. 30, someone burglarized a model home in Candlewood Estates off Thornton Rolling Road, stealing two computers with accessories. 09-123976
Overnight on Aug. 31, someone stole a red 1990 four-door BMW 525i from a residence on Pond Circle in the Breezewood subdivision. 09-125228
Between 1-1:30 p.m. Sept, 2, someone broke windows on two vehicles parked at a church on Spotswood Furnace Road and stole cash while the victims were inside the church. 09-125626, 09-125622
Early on Aug. 31, someone stole a yellow pocket motorcycle from in front of a residence in the 13000 block of West Catharpin Road. 09-125261
Between Aug. 30 and Sept. 1, someone stole a green lawnmower, a Craftsman weedeater and a yellow leaf blower from an unlocked shed on Wall Street in Brookwood subdivision. 09-125310
Between Aug. 23-28, someone stole a Yamaha dirt bike, outdoor furniture, a grill and a car stereo from property in the 10000 block of Benchmark Road. 09-123060
Between Aug. 25-27, someone stole a Remington 22-caliber rifle and a checkbook from a vehicle parked in the 6000 block of Lawyers Road. 09-122563
Between July 1-Aug. 29, someone vandalized a barn on Paradise Court and stole approximately $1,000 in siding and shingles. 09-123606
Vandals punctured the tires of several vehicles parked at residences in Fox Point subdivision overnight on Aug. 27. 09-122384, 09-122212, 09-122355
Between 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Aug. 27, someone vandalized a Sheriff's Office marked cruiser parked at Livingston Elementary School. 09-122596
WANTED
Stephen Glenn Brown, 23, by three police agencies: Spotsylvania on grand larceny charges, Prince William County on charges of grand larceny and selling stolen goods, and Fairfax County on three grand larceny charges. He is described as a white man, 6-feet, 2-inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known locations were Spotsylvania, Prince William, Manassas or Virginia Beach.
Jeffrey Alan Hayes II, 24, on charges of failure to comply with VASAP for a DUI charge. He is described as a white man, 5-feet, 10-inches tall, with green eyes and brown hair. His last known location was Spotsylvania.
