Judy A. Jackman

Judy Ann Cantrell Jackman, 58, of Lakeland, Fla., passed away Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, in Lakeland.

Judy was born Sept. 29, 1950, in Richlands. She worked for 32 years at The Walt Disney Company. The majority of her time was spent at the Wilderness Lodge Resort.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen P. Jackman; her daughter, Lisa A. Hardy and her husband, Jeffrey; the light of her life, granddaughter Dylan Reann Hardy; her father, Douglas Cantrell; her mother, Maxine Cantrell; her sister, Helen Cantrell; her brothers, Jerry, Charles and Rory Cantrell; and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by Reanna Scroggins and Rex Cantrell.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel with the Rev. Dwight Aldinger officiating. Interment will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Helen Cantrell, Wayne Jackman, Jeffrey Hardy, Jerry Cantrell, Charles Cantrell and Rory Cantrell.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, at the funeral home.
