Callers are not required to give their names. Preston R. Batts, 30, on charges of possession of a controlled substance. He is described as a white man, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds. His last known address was on Hayloft Lane in Spotsylvania. Mark Anthony Finney, 32, on three charges of credit card fraud and two charges of obtaining money/merchandise through false pretenses. He is described as a white man, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds. His last known address was on County Line Church Road, Ruther Glen. John J. Finazzo, 58, on charges of contempt of court. He is described as a white man, 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds. His last known address was on Ed's Drive, King George. Jason W. Atkins, 31, on charges of contempt of court. He is described as a white man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. His last known address was on Rozell Road in Woodford.
