Date published: 10/6/2009 Gloria Ann Rossell Gloria Ann Rossell, 73, of Stafford County passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at Mary Washington Hospital. Mrs. Rossell was born in St. Louis, Mo., on Jan. 1, 1936. Mrs. Rossell is survived by her husband of 53 years Marion A. Rossell Jr.; two sons, Marion A. Rossell III of Fredericksburg and William A. Rossell of Silver Spring, Md.; three daughters, Patricia Ann Baker of Tazewell, Melissa A. Yorke of Richmond and Tonia A. Wong of Bowling Green; four brothers, Robert Ward of St. Charles Ill., Clarence Ward of Florissant Mo., Harold Ward of Hazelwood, Mo., and Gerald Ward of St. Charles, Mo.; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Home, Fredericksburg chapel, 1621 Jefferson Davis Highway, Fredericksburg, Va. 22401, where a funeral service will follow at 1. In lieu of flowers Mrs. Rossell's family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to The American Cancer Society, Glen Allen Office, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, Va. 23060.
