Regina Denise Brooks, 52, on charges of failure to comply with a court order. She is described as a black woman, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds. Her last known address was on Orange Plank Road in Locust Grove.

Don Dulaney Bryant Jr., 40, on charges of failure to appear. He is described as a white man, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. His last known address was on Windsor Drive in Fredericksburg.

Gary Martin Clark, 36, on charges of failure to comply with a court order. he is described as a white man, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 210 pounds. His last known address was on Greenbrier Drive in Fredericksburg.

Amy Suzette Elder, 38, on two charges of possession of a forged bank document, grand larceny and obtaining money by false pretense. She is described as a white woman, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds. Her last known addresses were on Martin Drive in Fredericksburg and in Manassas.
