Date published: 11/15/2009 Jack C. Grant Retired Air Force Master Sgt. Jack Carroll Grant, 75, of Stafford County, formerly of Denver, Colo., died Monday, Nov 9, 2009, at Stafford Hospital Center. Master Sgt. Grant served in the United States Air Force for 21 years, and for 20 years with the United States Postal Service. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Kathleen E. "Kitty" Grant; his children, Collette Grant, Kathleen "Dilly" Grant and Lisa Grant; his brother, Theodore Grant of Denver; his sisters, Agnes Brewton, Phyllis Thomas and Beverly Williams of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandchildren, Ashley Bolden, David Bolden Jr., Nora Ogunleye and John Grant; and numerous family members and friends in the United States and England. A service will be held at 12:45 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, at Memorial Chapel, Fort Myer, Arlington, with inurnment with honors to follow in Arlington National Cemetery.
