Lowe; mother of David Lowe, Claudia Lowe Scordellis, Steven Lowe and Christopher Lowe; sister of Marguerite McFarland; and grandmother of Erin, Lisa, Amanda, Christopher, Candace, James, Jesse and Grace. Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Drive, Alexandria. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, 6800 Columbia Pike, Annandale. Interment will be in Quantico National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Alban's Episcopal Church.
