Reginald D. "Reggie" Brown was born on April 25, 1963. He departed this life on Monday, July 23, 2012, at Stafford Hospital Center.

Reggie was preceded in death by his father, Buck M. Whiting; and his stepfather, Herbert Brown Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Brown of Edmond, Okla. Reggie leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Jovaughn Brown of Washington and Jacek Brown of Lakewood, Calif.; two daughters, Breanna and Keisha Brown, both of Edmond, Okla.; his mother, Barbara Brown of Stafford County; five sisters, Julia Stewart of Bracey, Clara Thomas of Stafford, Irish Snow of Woodbridge, and Phyllis Marshall and Jerelyn Wright (Craig), all of Stafford; three brothers, Herbert Brown Jr., Alan Brown and Leslie Brown, all of Stafford; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.

Public viewing will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at A.L. Bennett & Son Funeral Home, where the funeral will be held at noon Wednesday, Aug. 1, with a viewing one hour before the service.
