Roberta C. "Robbie" Minter, 70, formerly of Culpeper and Fredericksburg, passed away Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law in Sheridan, Ark. Arrangements are incomplete at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan.
