Trinity Episcopal Church, at the corner of College Avenue and William Street, will hold its monthly First Saturday Eucharist on Sept. 1 at 5 p.m. 540/373-2996.


Shiloh New Site Baptist Church will hold homecoming on Sept. 2, with services at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Swanson and at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev. James Sailes of Antioch Baptist Church in Richmond. Weekly services will be held Sept. 5-7 at 7:45 p.m.

Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church will conclude revival on Sept. 2 at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Roosevelt Bell as guest minister, accompanied by choir, ushers and congregation. Dinner will be served after morning worship, which will start at 11:15 a.m.

Living Word Fellowship, 1500 Stafford Ave., will present the movie "One Night with the King" on Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. Admission is free. 540/373-1388.

The Men on a Mission of Trinity Fellowship International Church, 181 Kings Highway, will hold a breakfast meeting on Sept. 8 at 7 a.m. On Sept. 9 the church will celebrate the seventh anniversary of church at pastor at 3 p.m. The guest will be the Rev. The Victorious Women's Ministry of Second Baptist Church, 26725 Ruther Glen Road, will present "Accepted in the Beloved" Women's Weekend Celebration Sept. 7-9. An evangelistic service will be held Sept. 7 at 7:30 p.m. with several guest preachers. On Sept. 8 there will be a day of faith with a fashion show, cookout, voter registration and more. On Sept. 9 there will be a Women's Day service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Sandra Brooks as guest preacher.


Maranatha Baptist Bible Church in Colonial Beach will hold revival Sept. 2 at 11 a.m., with Pastor Marvin Johnson. Dinner will be served from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Evening service begins at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Charles V. Payton, pastor of Morning Star Baptist Church as guest speaker. Services will be held Sept. 3-5 at 7:30 p.m. nightly with the Rev. Payton.
