Sarah Mae Jones, 29, of Woodbridge died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012.

Sarah was a graduate of Brooke Point High School and had attended Northern Virginia Community College. She worked for several years at Woodbridge Animal Hospital and recently went to work as a team leader for the Springfield office of CVCA.

Survivors include her parents, Roscoe and Joan Jones of Stafford; two brothers, Jesse Jones of Orlando, Fla., and John Jones of Stafford; maternal grandmother Phyllis R. Davis of Woodbridge; maternal grandfather Donald Lee Davis of Shepherdstown, W.Va.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert L. and Nancy Mae Jones.

A gathering will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the animal charity of one's choice.
