Air Force Airman Tyler J. Mace graduated recently from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Mace is the son of Jodonna Medlen of Spotsylvania County and William Mace of Indianapolis. He is a 2010 graduate of Chancellor High School.

Air Force Airman Khiry D. Latimer graduated recently from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Latimer is the son of Alva Hamilton of Stafford County and grandson of Mary Lawrence of Mount Pleasant, S.C. He is a 2011 graduate of Brooke Point High School.

Army Pfc. Katie M. Honaker graduated recently from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Honaker is the daughter of James Martin of Spotsylvania County. She is a 2011 graduate of Spotsylvania High School.
