Mark Anthony Romagna Sr., 34, of Martinsville, Va. formerly of Colonial Beach, passed away at his home Monday Sept. 3, 2012.

A brief memorial service will be held at 12:30 Thursday, Sept. 13, at Mullins and Thompson, Stafford Chapel.
