We certainly do live in strange times. Apparently, columnist Leonard Pitts ["Women 'counseled,' patronized in Charlotte" Sept. 7] feels it's a matter of sound public policy to cut up pre-born children with a curette, but it is offensive to show a picture of the results.

There is indeed something wrong with this picture!
