Fundraiser to benefit Virginia Wounded Warrior Program

King George Legion to host fundraiser
A barbecue and motorcycle rally benefiting the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program will be held on Sept. 29.
The King George American Legion Riders are hosting their fourth BBQ & Bike Rally from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 10021 Dahlgren Road. The cost is $10 per person, $5 for first responders and active duty military.
On the menu: pork barbecue, coleslaw, sides and dessert. Bluegrass music will be provided by The Kicking Mules, and there will be a 50/50 raffle.
The Virginia Wounded Warrior Program is administered here by the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board.
