Where is customer service today? People ask this question often in an economy out of control, in an "it's all about me" society, and amid the noise of day-to-day life.
Aug. 31 was the first varsity football game for North Stafford High School. Highly ranked in the preseason,
The food was ready, pizza ordered, Chick-fil-A ordered . Imagine my surprise as I started our soda machine and there was no CO2! On a day of 95 degrees, we planned to sell drinks!
Les Brown, owner of our local Stafford Chick-fil-A, had delivered our order and he saw my panic regarding the soda machine. He went back to his store and found a CO2 bottle, drove back to the game, unloaded the huge tank, and installed it for us. That's above and beyond chicken sandwiches!
We are so fortunate to have Mr. Brown in our community. He is not just a businessman who provides needed jobs, but a compassionate person willing to help the band booster club have a successful fundraising opportunity.
Customer service is alive and well at the Chick-fil-A on State Route 610 in Stafford.
