LIBRARY SELLING PANSIES, MUMS

The Friends of Culpeper Library will hold the third annual mum and pansy sale at the library on Saturday, 9 a.m.-noon.

Windmill Heights Garden Center will provide locally grown plants. The offerings extend beyond pansies and mums to include ornamental kale and cabbage, snapdragon, bulbs and assorted other plants.

Spay-neuter clinic delayed

The scheduled open house for St. Seton's Orphaned Animals' Thomas Beath Clinic in Stafford County, originally scheduled for Sept. 29, has been postponed because of construction.
